DR. GILBERG & ASSOCIATES
Dr Nicolas Gilberg was born and raised in Paris, France where he taught optometry for nearly 10 years. He furthered his education in Boston where he obtained his doctorate degree in Optometry. He was trained in Miami at the prestigious Bascom Palmer Eye Institute. He is now practicing optometry in Miami. His professional area of interest include anterior segment disease and binocular vision. In his spare time, Dr Gilberg has a passion for marine biology and playing the piano.
Diego grew up in Lille, the North of France. After graduating with a Masters Degree from one of Paris University, he went on teaching at the Institut Superieur D'Optique and served as a clinical professor for the European Diploma in Optics and Optometry. He was trained in Boston where he obtained his doctorate degree in optometry, which included training through the Veteran Administration hospital system as well as community health clinics in Massachusetts. He now practices optometry in the Miami area with an emphasis on medical retina. In his spare time, Diego likes playing golf.

Our eye clinic is conveniently located in North Miami Beach, FL. We offer state-of-the-art equipment for all tests and exams. This includes our digital eye exam. A digital eye exam involves the use of a machine which helps us determine the prescription needed. The machine also allows us to study the aberrometry of your eyes. This results in a more accurate prescription for your glasses and gives optimum visual results with your new prescription.
Our team of optometrists are experts, right here in North Miami. Dr Gilberg and Diego have been trained both in Paris, France and in Boston, in the United States. Boston colleges train world leaders in healthcare that the world envies. Our optometrists hold both a Doctoral degree in optometry and a Masters degree in science. They have accumulated years of teaching experience, lectured internationally to both students and professionals and published in professionals journals.
Our North Miami practice is opened Monday through Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm. Appointments for an eye exam are available on the website or by calling the office. We have after hours eye emergency arrangements with ophthalmology offices in the Miami Area.
