Droopy Eyelids? We can help!

It is a fairly common complaint in patients: the upper eye lids are droopy, leaving the eye only partially opened.

The traditional approach to that problem is called a blepharoplasty, which is plastic surgery to the eyelids. While this technique is incredibly efficient, not everyone has a problem severe enough to require surgery and not everyone is willing to undergo surgery.

There is a new eye drop on the market called Upneeq. The drop acts on the eye lid muscles responsible for raising the upper eyelids.

It is applied once a day, the effect can last 6 hours.

We have successfully used the drop on many patients who are happy with the results.

If droopy eye lids (ptosis) are a concern of yours, come see us for an evaluation.
